本研究旨在获得抗番茄茎腐病的生防菌株,并对其培养基进行优化。采用平板对峙法从番茄根际土样中筛选获得1株抑制番茄茎腐病菌的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)7-1,结果显示菌株7-1对番茄茎腐病病原菌的抑菌率可达47%。通过响应面法优化发酵培养基组成后,菌株7-1菌体生物量显著提升,得到最佳培养基配方:木薯淀粉12.0 g/L,豆饼粉5.2 g/L,氯化钠6.1 g/L。该研究可为土壤微生态功能修复与农业绿色生产提供技术支撑。
Abstract:This study aimed to obtain biocontrol strains against tomato stem rot and optimize its culture medium. A Bacillus subtilis strain, designated 7-1, was screened from agricultural soil using a plate confrontation method and exhibited 48% inhibition of the pathogen of tomato stem rot. The fermentation medium composition was subsequently optimized via response surface methodology, resulting in a significant increase in bacterial biomass. The optimal medium formula was obtained as follows: cassava starch 12.0 g/L, soybean cake powder 5.2 g/L, and sodium chloride 6.1 g/L. This research can provide technical support for the restoration of soil micro-ecological functions and green agricultural production.
