黑龙港地区有如下自然特征:地势较低;有大量下陷地帶;土壤盐碱性质严重;土地贫瘠且经常发生旱、涝等自然灾害。所有这些因素都严重地影响着农业生产的发展。由于这一地区缺乏肥料和能源,所以农、林、牧业的发展受到阻碍,造成农业生态体系的不平衡。为了发展农业林、牧和实现农业生态体系的良性循环,应采取下列措施:1)合理利用植物资源;2)植树绿化积肥;3)加速农业生态建设。

The natural characteristics of Heilonggang region are as follows: the terrain is lower; there are lots of depressed lands; the soil is heavily salinized; the fertility is poor and the natural calamity of drought and water logging occurs freq uently. All these factors hinder the development of agricultural production. In this region, the development of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry was obstacled and the agricultural eco-system was imbalanced because of the lack of funel, fertilizer and feed. In order to develop its agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry and accomplish the good circle of agricultural eco system, the following measures should be taken: 1) put the vegetation resources to rational use; 2) plant trees and green manure crops; 3) speed up the construction of eco agriculture.
