<正>原核细菌与真核植物长期共生共存,二者相互作用,既互惠互利,又相互抵御。细菌可以合成并释放一种被称为自诱导物质(auto-inducer,AI)的信号分子,并以此信号分子感应细菌密度进而同步协调整个细菌群体的基因表达和各种生物活动。这种细菌细胞与细胞间的通信机制被称为细菌群体感应(quorum sensing,QS)[1]。细菌群体感应信号分子主要有四大类别,即自诱导物-1(autoinducer 1,AI-1)、自诱导物-2(autoinducer 2,AI-2)、可扩散信号因子(diffusible signaling factor,DSF)和自诱导肽(autounducing peptides,AIPs),可由不同的细菌产生。
